Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. APNX warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for periods as listed below:

3 Years - Air Coolers

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any damages or defects caused by :
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents or natural disasters
- Use of the product outside its intended purpose, including cryptomining
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps :
- Contact APNX customer support at support@apnx.com to initiate the claim process.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- APNX will review the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective product.
- Upon receipt of the defective product, APNX will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
Limitations of Liability
